Claim your massage with your private health fund at the time of treatment…
We have introduced HICAPS into Body Freedom. This is the system that is used by Chiropractors, Physiotherapists etc.
This means that massages with our Remedial Massage Therapists is now claimable with many private health funds at Body Freedom reception. So you only pay the balance of what you claim from your health fund.
What Therapists are covered?
Only available with specific individual therapists. You must ask at the time of booking. Not all therapists are claimable.
What Treatments are covered?
All Massage including Pregnancy, Remedial, Lymphatic, Deep Tissue , Sports and Therapeutic Stones.
What Health Funds are covered?
HICAPS include Medibank Private, MBF, Australian Unity, CBHS, Defence Health, AHM, GU Health, NIB, HBA, CUA, Lysaght Health, Teachers Health, ANZ Health, GMHDA and others. Ask at the time of booking.
What if I purchase series of massages?
Clients who purchase a series of massages can claim at the end of your series and use that towards your next series. The claim can be back dated for all the treatments that were performed by one of the registered therapists that have not already been claimed for.
Important Note:
Health Funds can change the rules of registration and can be prone to administration mistakes. We cannot confirm that your claim will process. We have used the system across many health funds for the last few weeks and have not had any issues. However our experience with Health Funds is that a registered therapist may become deregistered without any communication to us because of an administration mistake. We then take steps to rectify as soon as possible.
