Our pregnancy massage therapist are specialists...... not all our therapists perfrom pregnancy treatments. During the week we perform the massage on a futon with pregnancy pillows so that you can relax, stretch out and recieve a good massage (firm if you like). Some therapists are claimable with the majority of health funds. Ask at the time of booking.

Massage is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy your pregnancy. If you have not had massage before you are pregnant it is best to begin your massages after the third month. Once your pregnancy is established, massage can help relax and relieve tensions and strains as your body changes.

The massage is tailored to the individual needs of your pregnancy. During these sessions we will help you to relax, energise and balance your growing body to help you prepare for labour. At the later stages of pregnancy we may massage you on a fitball and then on a futon. During busy weekends we may perform pregnancy treatments on a wide table with pregnancy pillows.

After delivering, mums require some nurturing to help adjust to the new joys and stresses of their new bundle of joy. We recommend any of the following treatments post birth. If you are giving this as a present - we suggest organising to mind the bub during the treatment time. We are experienced in the changes that occur in mum's body during this time and tailor the treatment and positions to her.

This 105 minute body smoother begins with a coffee and sea kelp scrub, rich in vitamins and antioxidants. You are then cocooned in natural cloth. The wrap assists to increase cellular metabolism and detoxification. While you detoxify and relax, we will pamper you with a facial treatment, and hot towels to your face, head and feet. Shower off and melt into a relaxing body massage.
