Spa Massage Therapist
Requirements:
- CertIV or Diploma in Massage Therapy
- 3 years experience
- Specialisation in at least one of the following: deep tissue, remedial, lymphatic, pregnancy, hot stones, reflexology, shiatsu, thai, lomi lomi
- Member of industry association eg AAMT
- Remedial Therapists must have current provider numbers
- Must have CPR and first Aid
- Experience in Spa related services an advantage
- Commitment to excellence in therapy and service
- Proven ability to build a strong clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Effective results in homecare recommendations
Spa Beauty Therapist
Requirements:
- Must have Diploma of Beauty (or equivalent) and Minimum 2 years professional experience
- Experience in Spa related services preferred
- Effective results in homecare recommendations
- Commitment to excellence in therapy and service
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Proven ability to build a repeat clientele
- Spa Reception:
- Experience in a busy reception environment
- Motivation to be organised and efficient in reservations and bookings.
- Focus on accuracy, client phone communications and spa systems.
- Accurate Data Entry
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional telephone and guest service skills
- Experience with computer booking systems
- Experience in a Spa related environment preferred
- Commitment to excellence
- Phone sales experience an advantage
