    Located in a 3 storey 1850s refurbish hosiery mill designed to offer a Melbourne experience with traditional design and a contemporary edge. Rooms are spacious, with traditional floorboards, open fireplaces, traditional high ceilings with contemporary comfort of soundproofing, indulgent showers in the treatment rooms, spacious double rooms.

    Located 5 minutes from the city towards Albert Park Lake. Parking is available in Napier St towards the bay.

  • Securing your booking

    A credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments.

  • Cancellation / Rescheduling Booking Policy

    To maintain our prices and stay in business, we adhere to our booking policy. So please read and be aware of it so there are no surprises.

  • We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment otherwise you will forfeit your deposit or 100% will be charged for any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 3 hours notice. If something unexpected happens, you can always send another person in for your appointment. We enforce this policy for all clients. If any event, including incidents beyond your control, prevents you from attending you appointment on the day, unfortunately we do have to charge for that appointment.

  • Confirmation of Booking

    At least 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be sent an sms to your mobile phone number.

  • Arrival time

    For you to enjoy the full value of your treatments we ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before commencement of your treatment. If you are late we do try and accommodate you, however we may have to cut your time down so we are not late for the next client.

  • JULIE TUCKER - ORGANISER OF A GROUP JANUARY 2010 To All Staff I am writing to send a huge Thank You to everyone involved in making our day spa experience the highlight of our 'girls only' tour of Melbourne. We try to get to melbourne from all over Australia and New Zealand every two years and this year week opted to spend a day of pampering on ourselves. The professional standards of your retreat ensured everything from booking thru to the last drop of champagne went smoothly and everyone loved the entire experience. Being able to book our private room to sit around and sip champagne while waiting for everyone to complete their treatments made our time so special with great memories. Every staff member treated us so warmly and made our individual treatments feel like we were the only ones there. My 72 year old mother felt so relaxed and nutured as she does have a few ongoing health issues and she has spoken so highly of her massage and facial and continues to rave about the ongoing after glow she has felt. Again we all had the best day and will be repeating the experience next time we return to Melbourne. So from Innisfail, Bundaberg, Newcastle, Auckland and Wellington my family thanks you all.
