Securing your booking
A credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Retreat and they can provide bank details for a direct deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel outside of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
To maintain our prices and stay in business, we adhere to our booking policy. So please read and be aware of it so there are no surprises.
We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment otherwise you will forfeit your deposit or 100% will be charged for any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 3 hours notice. If something unexpected happens, you can always send another person in for your appointment. We enforce this policy for all clients. If any event, including incidents beyond your control, prevents you from attending you appointment on the day, unfortunately we do have to charge for that appointment.
If you cancel outside of the 24 hours prior to your treatment we will refund your deposit to your credit card.
Confirmation of Booking
At least 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be sent an sms to your mobile phone number. We will assume that you are confirmed for your appointment unless you notify us to cancel or reschedule.
